Pre-Algebra

Pre-Algebra eases the transition from arithmetic to algebra. Algebraic expressions and linear equations are applied throughout a thorough review of operations on integers, fractions, decimals, percentages, and radicals. Students explore relations and functions using equations, tables, and graphs.

We learned how to identify and label points, lines, rays and angles.  We learned how to find the perimeter of figures.  We learned to how find the divisibility of certain whole numbers.  We studied word problems with equal groups.  We reviewed prime numbers and learned how to factor a number with prime numbers.
