The number one question we are asked is “how much does it cost?” Quest for Education and Arts is a non-profit enrichment center funded entirely by generous donations. We ask parents to come alongside our organization with a financial pledge to help support the mission of Quest for their participant and others around Southern Arizona.
With your pledge, Quest is able to provide supplemental education through experiential hands-on opportunities. While the recommended minimum pledge does not cover our entire program costs, we are confident God will supply the additional funds for our organization to continue offering top quality innovative courses.
is it helpful for us to pledge more than the minimum?
Quest incurs an average of $3,781 worth of expenses per student for the year. We are so grateful for all of our donors who help us bridge the gap between the minimum pledge and our total costs. Less than 16% of our total donations are directed toward administrative costs allowing our program to expand with generosity from our committed donors.
is quest comparable to other programs?
Quest operates as an enrichment learning center facilitating courses in conjunction with a parent directed approach. We aim to maintain our freedom of educational choice with hands-on immersive learning. Minimum requested pledge donations are a fraction of traditional programs and allow Quest to develop engaging and innovative courses for students across Southern Arizona.

so, what are the benefits of quest over traditional education?
We’re glad you asked! Formal education began in 1635 with the introduction of the Boston Latin School. The very first classroom had one teacher and 9 students. After almost 400 years, education is due for an upgrade. Quest is determined to elevate education through parent choice, small class sizes and customization! A few of our benefits include:

ARE THERE ANY FEES ASSOCIATED WITH ATTENDING?
Quest does have two small fees. These fees help with administrative setup of your student’s accounts and provide funding for supplies to ensure our courses remain hands-on and experiential. **Please note: donations can not be applied to fees, costumes, or club costs.**
Program Fee - $50 per student *annual; nonrefundable
Supply Fee - $200 per family *annual; nonrefundable
Fine Arts Fee - $50 per student *annual; nonrefundable, if participating in any fine arts classes

$1600 Quest can provide one-on-one private instruction in music, art, dance, and core subject areas (private music requires one ensemble and is included in this pledge)

what if i start in the middle of the year?
If you register after January 1, please refer to the following for pledges:
$400 Quest can provide 1-2 enrichment courses for a student
$800 Quest can provide 3-4 enrichment courses for a student
$1200 Quest can provide 5-6 enrichment courses for a student
$1600 Quest can provide 7-8 enrichment courses for a student
$2000 Quest can provide 9-10 enrichment courses for a student

Pledges are valid for regular courses held between September - May. Summer and special programs will have separate pledges. One ensemble is included with private music lessons. Additional ensembles are included in the pledge outlined with your choice of course enrollments. Your donations allow Quest to strategically partner with each family customizing their learning and empowering them to be successful through their educational journey.
